Precision sheet metal forming
Precision sheet metal forming is performed on TRUMPF TruBend 5130 and TruBend 7036 machines. The alpha and omega of bending are precise angles. Inconsistent material properties such as strength or cushioning can impair the bending result. Our machine is equipped with an ACB (Automatically Controller Bending) system that uses sensors to detect the actual angle, the cushioning and controls the ram of the press so that a precise bending angle is achieved.
